On July 8, 2021， Scientific Experiment Exhibition of Chinese Academy of Sciences was held in Wuhan Botanical Garden of Chinese Academy of Sciences. 19 teams from affiliated units of Chinese Academy of Sciences jointly presented a wonderful and interesting scientific exhibition show for the public.

Among them, the experimental exhibition work " Superhydrophilic and Superhydrophobic Surfaces" was jointly brought by our lab, Xie Fei, a 2020 grade doctor, and Li Bo, a 2019 grade master, and finally won the first prize. They innovatively used the form of stage play, and used the superhydrophilic and superhydrophobic surfaces processed by femtosecond laser to show the liquid self-driving transmission and underwater superaerophobic phenomenon on the superhydrophilic surface, as well as the liquid drop bouncing, self-cleaning and underwater superaerophilic phenomenon on the superhydrophobic surface, respectively, realizing the effective combination of science and interest.
