The GPL Photonics Laboratory is a key laboratory of international science and technology cooperation in Jilin Province, China. It is also supported by the State Key Laboratory of Applied Optics and Precision Instrument and Equipment Innovation Research Institute, mainly engaged in research in the fields of nanophotonics, thermal radiation, and laser matter interaction, etc. Since its establishment, the laboratory has won multiple projects supported by the Ministry of Science and Technology of China, the National Nature Science Foundation of China, Jilin Province Government of China, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Changchun Institute of Optics, Fine Mechanics and Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences and other sources. The laboratory is housed in a 3-story/3,000-square meter (~30,000 Square feet) state-of-the-art research building, including nearly 300 square meters of ultra-clean laboratory with constant temperature and humidity.
