Keithley 2400 sourcemeter

Function：The range of input/output current is 0-1A, and the maximum resolution is 1pA. The range of input/output voltage is 0-200V，and the maximum resolution is 100nV. It supports Four-Wire configuration high-precision input/output, and SCPI GPIB，RS-232 external connection to realize remote control and data acquisition.
