Engineer Xingyu Liu
Mr. Liu is skilled in magnetron sputtering and electron beam thermal evaporation coating techniques, possessing years of experience in the preparation and design of optical thin films, transparent conductive films, and planar optical microcavities. Currently, He is engaged in the process development of semiconductor optical thin films.
